Big Problem please help!

Big Problem please help!
I run Links v2 and now I purchased Links SQL.
I'm trying to do an import but I receive just this

Code:
Importing Subscribe users (newsletter receivers) ...
1 Subscribed users imported.

Importing Categories ...
1 Categories imported.

Importing Category Relations ...
0 Category Relations imported.

Importing Links ...
1 records from 'Links' imported.
Importing records from 'Validate'.
0 records from 'Validate' imported.
3 categories have been created due to missing categories for links

NOTE: You must run Repair Tables and Rebuild Search after performing an import!

Data has been successfully import/exported!

But I have 212 Links with three main categories in my database!!
How can this be?
I downloaded the admin of Links v2 from my old server via ftp...
I ticked the Extra Data Integrity option before importing....
Please help Unsure

Try clicking mild/critical warnings and see what happens.
