I just upgraded from gossamer links 2 to 3. Mostly everything works the same way as before. But I noticed I can no longer subscribe myself to mailing list with just a Name and E-mail Address. In gossamer links 2 I had it work where user can just have a name and e-mail, links sql will create a account automatically with temp password and I can just send them newsletters without log in or go through signup for an account process. What happened? I can't remember if I did somethign to make that happen for version 2. What should I do to get it to work for version 3?

I tried to turn user validation off but it still wants user to loggin before you can signup newsletter...

Found DADAmail it's pretty good mailing list and it's free. Took me only 8 hours of research and almost spend $40+ on other programs. Support is getting worse and worse each year for a program that cost $400+
Word of advice, don't upgrade if your linkssql version 2 works good for you. You are asking for trouble.
