I contacted the support at my server and they said it was the cgi file that was a problem. I tried installing it on several domains and two differant servers and get the same response each time.
So I erased everything and tried again, I made a fresh download, and unarchived the file, and reinstalled it only to get the same error.
I ftped install.cgi in ascii, and install.dat in binary and changed the permissions on install.cgi to 755 and the directory to 777. I am stumped.
Any help out there?
