Some of my categories are showing up as having a minus number of links. I have run both Repair Search and Repair Table but it still sees that. Is there any way to repair this?

Anywhere we can see this? As far as I know, the table repair should fix this. Sounds like you are either not rebuilding, or something has seriously screwed up
Also, what version are you using? 2.0.5 or 2.1, or older?

Hi,
Try manually entering:
http://yoursite/admin/nph-build.cgi?do=repair&force=1
The repair only checks the top level categories to see if they are correct, if so, it assumes everything below is correct.
