1. Is there any way that a user can make multiple reviews for the same link.
2. Any fixes/mods for disabling/doing away with using IP address for validationof reviews and/or ratings(multiple users can have same IP, etc.).

Hi,

There isn't any way in the existing code, and it would need to be added. The easiest way would be to remove the ability to edit a review, so when a user submits a review for the same link, it is added, not overwritten. As for the IP check, that would need to be removed.

The best way would be to create a plugin that overrides the review functions, the easiest way would be to edit admin/Links/User/Review.pm. Feel free to contact info at gossamer-threads.com for a quote on a plugin (plugins will ensure your install is safe for upgrades).
