Is there any plugin or any way to add option below link in database such is "Share on Facebook/Digg/del.icio.us/StumbleUpon/BlinkList/Diigo/Twitter" or something like that?

Any reason you can't just do it manually? Doesn't seem to need a plugin just for that ;)

The reason is that I'm not member any of that sites so don't really know how does it work. But will register and try.

Maybe try it on addthis.com ? (I use that on a few of my sites, so people can bookmark)
