I'm wondering at what point the Pay Per Click (PPC) plugin charges the linkowner... if a Detailed page exists for the link, is the linkowner charged for the click to read the Detailed page? Or will the plugin wait until the visitor clicks through to the associated site?

AFAIK, its done when they click jump.cgi, and NOT when they goto the detailed page.

And for something just a little different, does someone offer a PPC plugin that simply charges the linkowner based on a click, without utilizing an Overture-like bid system?

I'm curious about something that would allow me to charge a fixed rate per click for click-throughs, as opposed to time-based rates as built into the software. I don't want the listings to move around, and I don't want the rate to be changed by the linkowner.

I'd call this a true Pay Per Click plugin.
