Does Gossamer publish the documentation online for the Links Class, specifically the SiteHTML function?

I'm not sure what you mean, but in the HELP area of the Admin, you can get into the GT modules, and find out what they have to offer :)

Maybe I don't see it. The only documentation I saw was in help_guide_libs.html and that does not include documentation for the Link:: classes....Is there another such file?

Its pretty simple. Something like;

use Links::SiteHTML;
print Links::SiteHTML::display('front_top_week_girls', { field1 => 'value', field2 => 'value2' });

... the other globals etc are usually available too in the template (they get passed along).
