Alex, as Bigwhat.com is never available via the plugin feed, their main site is mostly down and no emails to the company are being answered, will there ever be an alternative for the search results integration. I do hope so!

I'm also going to study the signed contract with bigwhat to see what they say about 'availability of service' as the current situation is totally unacceptable.
