Ban site additions by domain?

Hi,

Not sure if anyone is already doing this, but how would you go about banning sites based on their domain name?

Any help appreciated Smile

haha - when you've been writing plugins for well over 5 years, you do tend to build up quite a collection (there's always something that doesn't exist though <G>)
