[New Plugin] Basic_Banner

This is literally a base banner plugin1 You define the 10 banners, and then each one is randomly selected and shown for each page. Its a very basic plugin....but it works great....and is good for those people who don't want to spend loads of money on AdCYcle etc Wink

Clicking on "Readme" generates an error.

Not sure what sort, but it was an internal server error.
