Gentleman, I have setup links 2.0 and it seems to be running with the exception of when I click on the "add a resource" I get an error: Error including libraries: Can't locate ../../cgi-bin/admin/db_utils.pl at add.cgi line 31.
Make sure they exist, permissions are set properly, and paths are set correctly.
