the moderator's ban user and IP seems not work!
when I use moderator login and ban some user (use ban: user or IP) from a forum ,But this user can also enter this forum and post. When I enter the Bans, I cannot see his ban list.

I believe that was a bug in 1.1.3. Upgrade to 1.1.4.
