hi GT'ers... i'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on optimizing gforum as a helpdesk (where a private running track record of posts/replies between the admin/moderator and each person can be kept; folks should only be able to read their own posts and my replies, nobody elses, for obvious reasons)... the helpdesk would be only one of several forums (ie. not a single-use install)... i just hate to resort to something like perldesk if i don't have to

Have a look at Wonderdesk www.wonderdesk.com - it uses GT technology.
