Ok, I'm lazy

my browser likes to spew every once in a while, so I need to preview if my message is ok or not, and I noticed that I need to scroll down to the bottom of the screen to hit post message.

How about adding another button after the preview area instead of going to the bottom or is this adding to much what's already there?
