I've been holding off on installing the forum until speedycgi is working. Since that is taking longer than expected I may go ahead and install the forum without speedycgi. If I get speedycgi working at a later date will I have to re-install the forum?

Hi,
Yes, Paul is right. The only change is changing the first line of gforum.cgi from:
#!/usr/bin/perl
to:
#!/usr/bin/speedy
I wouldn't bother putting admin.cgi under speedycgi unless you find it slow.
