After logging out I can't seem to log back in using Netscape, but no problem with IE.

You probably have cookies disabled with Netscape.

Locally (not updated on the site yet) I have updated it to do a little test to see if cookies are enabled, and logs you in without them if needed.

We're looking at having an updated version on the site and available for download by the middle of the week.

Nope, cookies are always on, but for some reason today it automagically works in the very same browser that it didn't yesterday.
