Interesting behavior. The last thing I did before I surfed away from GT Forum was edit a post of mine. Didn't log out.

When I hit my bookmark back to GT Forum I was returned back to the edit post screen.

This has to do with a problem in Internet Explorer's caching - when you post a form to gforum.cgi, IE remembers that it's gforum.cgi, so the next time you load up the browser, it will be there. A workaround for the problem is to set your bookmark to http://www.gossamer-threads.com/perl/gforum/gforum.cgi?

Could this be enhanced so that when clicking "Next thread" that would also jump to the next NEW message instead of the beginning of the thread?

Also there should be some easy way for the user to know that he has read all the threads that have new messages and can jump to the next forum! Our old system shows next thread -link only if there are new messages for the user in the next subject.
