No, unfortunately we do not currently have a vBulletin import script. You could possibly try importing to one of the other bulletin boards that Gossamer Forum supports (specifically, I'd recommend ikonboard or WWWThreads, since they are both SQL-based), and then from there into Gossamer Forum.
