How can Non Profit users download Plugins?
I use this Forum in our Intranet(can connect Internet) , but I cannot download the plugins, It always told me CGI timeout:

Code:
HTTP/1.1 502 Gateway Error Server: Microsoft-IIS/5.1 Date: Mon, 29 Apr 2002 02:16:47 GMT Connection: close Content-Length: 186 Content-Type: text/html CGI TimeoutThe specified CGI application exceeded the allowed time for processing. The server has deleted the process.

Can moderator give me a download URL?

I want to try SearchHighlighter.

Thanks.

Its nothing to do with being non-profit. Thats to do with your server timing out. You need to increase the CGI timeout limit.

It might have something to do with being behind a firewall....

....its seems to do with the fact that the server is killing the process because it's taking too long.

Sorry yogi, that was not directed at you.

Paul; the server seems to be killing the process, yeah - but that's what would happen if the firewall has blocked access on that port, ip, or any other method. It would just time out.

Ask your network admin if you have unrestricted access to the internet from the *machine hosting gossamer forum*. You may have access from your desktop, but the intranet web server might be hidden on your intranet.

Cheers
