Hidden forums visible

Hidden forums visible
I have a couple of forums that are only visible to Mods. However if a regular user goes to the subscription page, those forums are listed. Firstly how do I stop them even appearing here and secondly when the digest script runs, will the general user receive a digest of the hidden forums ?

Normal users should not be able to see those forums (I just verified it here) - how do you have the forum permissions set up?
