I've set up my gforum interface so users must login to read and post messages. I have another members area protected by htaccess, can I use the gforum password interface to control those passwords?

Hi,
I'm not sure you can. If the passwords were stored in "clean" characters (i.e not encoded), then it would be simple to write a little script that runs every xx minutes, and updates a .htpasswd file for that folder. However, they are not stored as un-encrypted passwords, so I don't think that will be possible :(
