I'm having a weird time with bans.

If I ban my own IP it works and I'm locked out, so I did a traceroute to my IP and my host is:

public1-bagu4-4-cust150.manc.broadband.ntl.com

....but when I put this into the ban list I'm not banned.

Unsure
