I have et the max size to 100*120 but there is no restriction on the user?

The restriction is imposed on the displayed image, not upon upload.

Yeh I saw that in the setup, but we still have images being displyed at whatever size the user wants?

Template issue. The new code that needed to be in the template wasn't there because it was a modified template, so the upgrade did not alter it, we updated the part of the template that handles the size limitation.
