How do you enable HTML tags in the signature beyon what is permiteed in the Markup? Regular HTML tags don't seem to work.

It's an admin option to enable it. It's not such a good idea, though, because it essentially allows people to put any HTML on your page. The could conceivably put some </table> tags, and then do all sorts of things. The problem is that even in an no-HTML forum, the signature still has to be displayed, and the signature contains HTML.
