I tried to understand threads about 'Search Engine Friendly Templates!' mod and it seems so complicate ; i don't understand anything.

Finally, it might be more simple for me to print the forum pages in html format. Ok it would take much extra space on server, but let it be.

This won't be possible. The program is not designed to create static html pages, too many things displayed are dynamic (change every time a user views the page).

Why not use the mod_rewrite codes provided, which will make user/search engine friendly static pages?

Example of Google spidering these pages: http://www.google.com/...=Links%3A%3ASiteHTML

... a lot of people probably think that the site is run in static mode too
