If there are say 5 messages in an autoresponder and a user has received all of them then their status is Normal Stop. If then I add 2 more messages to the autoresponder will the user receive those messages or do I have to set them to Active again?

Hi,
You will have to set them to active again and you will want to increase the message cycle by one because the message that is listed once it is normal stopped is the last one that was sent out.

Hi PERydell,
I have set up all the one the last email wich will be send 99999 days after 0# Message.
This way all Leads stay active.
Example:
Let's say you have 10 messages. 9 Mails and 1 on 99999. So every User is active because waiting on 99999 Message. Mow you add a new message wich is below 99999 days after the first one and now every Lead receives this message, because it is below 99999 days.
Hope it helps,
Bert
