Secure Cert OK?

Secure Cert OK?
Newbie question.

A client requires absolute security. So, if DBM is setup so that the client logs into the frontend of a say, Versign Secure server, uploads data to/for a particular client record in pipe delimited ascii, will DBM encounter any problems with unscramble the file? I ask because as I understand it, thats what occurs on a secure transmission; the data is scrambled.

Hi,

No there won't be a problem. The secure server encrypts data transfer between client and server but will not change the files in any way so DBMAN can't understand them.
