Disappearing image files?

Disappearing image files?
Hi,

I've encountered a problem with my current installation of DBMSql (v2.1.0) regarding the upload of images.

If I create a NEW record and upload the images at the time of record creation, everything is fine.

However, if I UPDATE a record that has not originally had any images attached and I try to upload the images, they won't display in the template and DBM complains it cannot find the image files.

There does appear to be the usual delay as if the files are being uploaded, but they seem to disappear?

Has anyone come across this behaviour? or can anyone offer a reason as to why this might be happening and how to cure it?

All the best
Shaun

It worked just fine on my local server. If you can send me the info to access your web-site, I will test it out.

Hi

just to make sure - have you read the following post and installed the new File.pm?

After applying this patch, I could also upload images from a record modification form (not only from the add record form).

Hope this helps,
Oliver

The link I've posted might not contain the latest File.pm ...

Here is a newer post with such a link:

Maybe, you've installed all this and it's not helping to solve your problem. Just wanted to make sure.

Unimpressed Sorry, Oliver
