In the demo-database (all three) you don't need to login as visitor. But if you want more, you need to have an account (agent for example)

Now, what are just the settings for this. Can someone help me out ?

You can set the authorization options for each of your tables in your DBManSQL Admin.
Go to your Admin,
Select the table name (under Editor on the left hand side),
Select Setup and hit "Go",

To require users to login set auth_no_authentication to "No".
To allow users to access without loging in set auth_no_authentication to "Yes".
Set the other options as required.
