I have been using DBMan SQL for quite awhile and had some custom work done by an outside source.
The customization that I had completed was I wanted the new user to be able to choose their own password and then after choosing their password they would be logged in automatically and sent to the "Add" page.
I am finding that more and more people now are using bogus email addresses and need to change this back as a check - have the system assign the password and send it in an email to the new user.
Not allowing them to login until they provide a real valid email address.
The company that I used to make this modification for me originally has gone out of business. I would like to try and complete this myself - but I don't know where to start?
Can anyone help me?
TIA,
Don
