CGI Error, HTTP Header
I am attempting an installation on IIS5. After loading the files to the cgi-bin and setting permissions, a test of the script returns this error.

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

syntax error at F:\inetpub\webhw\cgi-bin\dbman\db.cgi line 40, near "local"
BEGIN not safe after errors--compilation aborted at F:\inetpub\webhw\cgi-bin\dbman\db.cgi line 1071.

You need to set $db_iis to 1.

Also, check the codes you have added/modified, since it seems that you have inadvertantly put some bad codes in around line 40 in your db.cgi script.

Probably around the $db_script_path variable.
