Hi I am trying to draw a simple data model for the following



A patient can have many physicians and a physician canhave many patients. This is what i came up with, however the naming the entity in the middle i.e. the associative entity is giving a lil problem any suggestions?

PATIENT .........crows feet(associative entity that i do not know what to name)crows feet.........PHYSICIAN

You'll need to explain more about your database setup and defined fields.

Are you using the relational mod?

If you search the forums there have been other databases related to physicians. I believe in the FAQ noted below in the section for relational databases one may be listed as an example database.
