Invalid/expired user session
Hi, I use DBMAN on my site and I have one public username and password for all of my guests. I get the following error message now when I try to View All (I can sign in, i just can't view all or view under the public username):

Oops, there was a problem logging into the system: invalid/expired user session.

The database is visited about 1000 to 2000 times a day(meaning that these 1000-2000 people a day sign-in using the public username and password) and I think that maybe changing the $auth_time in default.cfg could fix the problem. I don't know if I should raise the time or lower it and if changing it at all will do the trick. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Changing the expire time would delay the problem, but not fix it.

If you are going to have a public access, you should use the default user in DBMan. Open default.cfg and enable the default user and set-up some basic permissions. You can then use db.cgi?db=default&uid=default in all your links rather than embedding a user name and password.
