I'm sure this has been discussed before, so maybe just pointing me in the right direction is all that's needed.

If someone bookmarks a specific record, or if I send an email to a specific record....the person will be prompted to login. That's good....but how can they be sent to the original link they requested after logging in? Of course if I send a link to them they don't have their uid, but if they bookmark then their uid is included, so I guess it would have to know to eliminate that and replace it with the new.

What you have to do is add hidden fields to the login forms which will hold the variable and then pass it on to the next screen.
