For each separate commercial installation, you will need a separate license (just like any other software).

Uh...oldmoney, I believe that the license is per server, not project or installation (at least that is my understanding of DBMAN SQL and LINKS SQL, and I am sure it is the same for the regular versions of LINKS and DBMAN).

Yep, you're probably right, Eliot... I meant to say domain name rather than installation, but I don't know how Alex would treat multiple domains running on a single server...
