I'm using the original File Upload. One of my alumni said they were having prob's, I tested it, get a Error: Unknown Action, BUT the file DOES, in fact, upload. Which part should I post to diagnose the prob?

I really don't know. I should never have released that mod. It's one of those things I will regret until my dying day.
The best thing for you to do (even though I know you won't want to) is to take out the file upload stuff you have and install the new one. It is 1000% better.

Pretty much. The old file upload text page is at http://www.jpdeni.com/...Mods/file-upload.txt. Take out the things you added that are in that file. Then go to http://www.jpdeni.com/...ods/file_upload2.txt and install the mod from that page.

alas, my problem was trying Ver 2 in the 1st place. Unfortunately, when I couldn't get it to work, and reverted back to the original, it wasn't a clean cut|copy|paste.
I found my problem -- somehow/someway I lost the elsif...upload_success part from my db.cgi, ugh. Better now tho' -- 'tink I need to lay off the mod's for a while, *sigh*.

'Twould probably have been better to work out the problems with version 2.
But if you've got it working okay now, I suppose it's all right.
