Calling the login from a html page

<input type=hidden name="uid" value="">

Is the code i have to call the login info from my index html page it takes me to the db.cgi page instead of logging in. what am i doing wrong?

Try using taking out the value="" for the uid hidden field, so it should look like the following:

<input type="hidden" name="uid">

By adding value="" will put a blank userid value into the field, which will not take you to the proper screen.

The other part of the form you'll need to add is
