New Forums please....
Is there any chance of re-arranging the links sql forums. I would think now that v2.0 will predominate from now we could have something like:

LinkSQL v1.0 discussions
LinkSQL v2.0 discussions
LinkSQL v2.0 plugin discussions (aka hacking forum).

or something like that?

maybe as well

LinkSQL v2.0 suggestions

Although, padders, I believe that there will still be a significant population of LINKS SQL v.1.X users to have forums for earlier versions as well...I, myself, have no need to upgrade to the NG version at this time...I probably won't until the user management system is enhanced and the authentication process is more flexible between different scripts...I am satisified with what I have working in v.1.X, thanks to programmers like Jerry Su for providing modifications like modify.cgi and review.cgi.

I think the web sites that will benefit the most from the NG version will be larger sites with more categories and links. For smaller/medium sized sites, the earlier versions of Links SQL is sufficients...although the Gossamer Threads has seemed to work out many kinks of the earlier versions.

well i did leave linkSQL v1.0 Discussions and really the questions forum seems a little redundant (when does a question become a discussion etc..)

It becomes "discussion" after you have installed the script. The "Links SQL Question" Forum is for general questions about LINKS SQL...could be installation questions or simply asking what LINKS SQL does. The Links SQL Discussion Forum IMHO should be something like Links SQL Customization...rather than just "Discussion".
