Gossamer Forum 2.0 - please have a look
Hello Gossamer Team , dear Alex,

This question was already often asked.
By your contribution

"We are getting ready to release the next version of Gossamer Forum which will have payment subscription built into the product. This should be available very soon "

it makes sense to
place it again.

Is there a prospective date for the appearance for the Gossamer forum
version 2.0?
As a present owner of the version 1.1.8 with enormous changes at the
Template , i ask myself if I should wait with the publication of the version
1.1.8.

As previously mentioned the changes of the next version should be enormous.
The associated renewed change of all Templates due to its own graphic layout
makes an answer for me the more important.

If a prospective publication of the version 2.0 should be planned in the
next three months, then I would wait gladly for these. Otherwise I will work
with the current version.

Naturally I do not want to specify you on a date.
It would only like to know if I could count on a new version in the next 3
months.

Thanx, hoefti

I believe Alex's comment regarding the new version was 1.2.0 which is an upgrade from 1.1.8 - he wasn't referring to 2.0

That is correct v 1.2.0 as Jason said a couple of days ago in another thread:

I have just finished a change for the upcoming 1.2.0 release that allows you to delete old posts on a per-forum basis (and hence I'm moving this thread into the Discussion forum for anyone else to look at). I've attached the updated files for people who want to check this out now, rather than wait a couple weeks for the 1.2.0 release.

When the version 1.2.0 update was announced, they mentioned that v2 was scheduled to be released in the fall.
