Decoding a certain charachter...
Anyone got any ideas on how to get rid of these annoying charachters?

£149.99,

Its being passed along in a datafeed I am using, and I'm just trying to get rid of these "dodgy charachters".

Example of the field's value;

Quote:
Get ready for the summer holidays - price lowered on this JVC digital camcorder - previously £399.99

Please note, it appears to be in this format to start with (i.e in the CSV itself). I'm hoping it should be simple to sort (once I know what charachter it is thats doing it).

TIA for any help.

Cheers
