Automatically Generate Sequential Number
Hello,

Does anyone know if there is a script out there like Helpdesk that will work on a server that doesn't have mysql? I want to give my customers the option to fill out a form with details about their defective product and generate a "ticket number" that they can use to track their return. The server I use is unix and I have a cgi-bin folder. Any suggestions is appreciated.

Thanks!

Mark

Are you asking for a helpdesk recommendation, or a number generator or both?

I'm looking for either one. I need it to work without mysql.

Thanks!

Hi,

http://www.wonderdesk.com/ works on a system without database access.

Cheers,

Alex
