My win box says that COM1 is occupied, but dang if I can figure out what the heck is using it

Is there way to figure out what is COM1 without having to click everything under the sun?

Like, is there some COM tool that can list what is taking up all the COM spots?

Yes, I checked in Device Manager, but under Ports, it doesn't list anything being on COM1

However, if I try to change a printer to COM1, it says it's occupied
