new outlook form

I changed the standard outlook appointment form. (just added a new sheet with additonal dropdown menues). This is for work, that we're able to sort the different dates better.
Now I need to have this form everytime somebody's sending my an appointment.
At the moment it's the other way round. When I send an appointment, the recipient gets my new form. But when I receive an appointment I get the old, standard form.
Does anybody know what I can do.
