Hi,

This is driving me mad. I'm hoping someone here has has the same problem, and/or knows the fix :)

Basically, I have a 60Gb iPod (video,audio, photos, colour, etc).

However, I can't get the friggin movies/videos to work! I've converted them from ASX to mp4 format, and they are now at least showing in iTunes.. but they just won't upload to my ipod

Please see attached image.

I've updated to the latest version of iTunes (6.0.1.3), and the ipod software version 1.2.1 (i.e the software on the ipod itself).

Please someone tell me they know how to resolve this. Its driving me maaaad

I was getting an error when I encoded movies over a rate of 2.5Mbits/sec. Make sure you're meeting all the specs listed here:
