The survey was conducted among 1,072 foreign company executives working in Asia.

Ha. The very sample of "Foreign Executives" speaks for the Biased Method in which it was done.

These foreign company excutives are bound to express the way they have expressed or else Enron would have been operating in India selling Electricty at twice the rates prevailing....It's a way of finding a reason for not being able to Suck Indian Blood convert it to $$$ and pump it back.

What could be more corrupt than this:

UCC offers billions in compensation for Silicone Breast Implants and Polluting the Alaska Coast but when it came to India they killed 20000 through MIC leak just in order to save 50$$ a day by putting off the refrigeration unit and the guilty of culpable homicide Mr Warren Anderson is dining with Bush....

It's definitely nice when the sample is unbiased. Taking only "Foriegn Executives" defeats the very purpose or may be its just trying to dissuade companies from coming to India.

And i am surprised to find that Paying Fees for better schools is a parameter of judging corruption. Hmmmm You decide the American Rules for conducting the survey, conduct the survey with Foriegn participants and then declare the statistics. Isn't it the usual 'Western Media' type of Misinformation campaign articulately done expecting that Indians would be fools to accept the same as gospel truth.

Yes for sure....

Don't you think the sampling itself was biased. I can discuss at length with you the 'Sampling Theory and Statistical Analysis' and 'Error Analysis' Minimising Statistical Errors Through Sample Selection in statistical Surveys but that's besides the point.
