I watched this last night on DVD. The movie was pretty enjoyable but I'm failing to see why there's so much hype about it and about Matrix Reloaded. It has some good effects but that's about it. I also noticed Keanu Reeves had very little dialog - no doubt because he can't actually string a sentence together, a trait which Arnold Schwartzenegger seems to have perfectly mastered.

I thought the concept of an Orwellian society controlled by artificial intellegence was interesting. That Keanu Reeve's charactor was able to defeat the matrix by "thinking outside the box" was also an interesting twist.
