Is it?

Ricin was found in a flat in London and three were arrested. Another three were arrested in Manchester for terrorist links.

Britain, specifically England, London and Manchester now support and harbour terrorist? Is this what you're saying?

That is not an analogous event. Abu Abbas was given refuge in Iraq.

The murdered victim was an American citizen, the US forces were acting for American interests.

Abu Abbas claimed that the 69 yr old Klinghoffer provoked the terrorists so they had to shoot him multiple times. Then they threw his wheelchair overboard with him in it.

Real provocative, an old man in a wheelchair.

And for the PLO to complain his detention violates the Oslo accords is just humorous.

Yes, the PLF has been based out of Iraq since the early 1990s. Given refuge by Saddam's regime. Confirmation by multiple sources, he was interviewed by the media a few times while there. And with the various peace efforts, he was even allowed to travel to Gaza from Iraq to cast some votes related to the PLO.
