I think you were looking for the "Does anyone dislike pistachio nuts" thread ;)

If you are on a plane and a passenger has a heart attack and a cabin steward asks if anyone is a doctor, if a guy stepped forward and said "No, I'm not" you'd think what an asshole.

Yep...got a whole jar of 'em at a recent company holiday party...almost gone, too! They are delicious.

The reason I asked was because I went to Costco with my parents a few days ago and there before my eyes was a huge tub of them, but not only that, they were already shelled...woooo!

Soo with a little bit of persuasion I got my dad to buy me a tub - they were about £12 so $18. OMG, heaven on earth. You can just shovel them in your mouth and once you start you can't stop.

I'm even getting to the point where Im thinking of hiding them from the family. I think I need to start going to PA meetings (pistachios anonymous).

Yep, they are great...I got a large glass container of 'em shelled and all. I made the mistake of leaving them on my desk at the office. Most of them were eaten when I was on vacation. I believe the CEO of the company who bought all the holiday gifts spent $25.00 for it.

I don't think I've tried it but it is added to my shopping list :)

I had strawberry cheesecake and cookies and cream haagez dazs at christmas though :)
