I can just see him being lead off in handcuffs by US/UK forces saying "The Evil Invaders are not in Baghdad, this is just a figment of your imagination. We have won the war."

Tariq Aziz was Deputy Prime Minister, and perhaps the most well known face in the Iraqi government after Saddam.

Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf, aka Baghdad Bob, was the Information Minister and has not been captured. There was some spotty reporting from the Syrian border area that some refugees said he had hung himself.
